Real skateboards are made out of wood, not plastic! That’s why we came up with our unique up-cycling project the TREE HUGGER! Send us your used skateboard and we transform it into a great little cruiser that will not only take you from A to B but will also keep your skateboarding memories alive! Of course, you can also buy a TREE HUGGER from our stock (design will vary) - get more for your penny!
Please note: The Tree Hugger is only available complete with Viking VW65 wheels, Viking VT100 trucks, ABEC 5 bearings and black grip tape.

Construction:
As the Tree Hugger is an up-cycled skateboard, the construction of the deck depends on what was used when it was originally made. However, we only choose old skateboards with a high quality and manufacturing standard. Those decks are mostly a 7-ply maple wood construction which will not twist or warp.
